How To Install r-cran-withr on Kali Linux

What is r-cran-withr
r-cran-withr is:
A set of functions to run code ‘with’ safely and temporarily modified global state. Many of these functions were originally a part of the ‘devtools’ package, this provides a simple package with limited dependencies to provide access to these functions.
There are three methods to install r-cran-withr on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install r-cran-withr Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
