How To Install r-cran-uroot on Ubuntu 20.04

In this tutorial we learn how to install r-cran-uroot on Ubuntu 20.04.
What is r-cran-uroot
r-cran-uroot is:
Seasonal unit roots and seasonal stability tests. P-values based on response surface regressions are available for both tests. P-values based on bootstrap are available for seasonal unit root tests. A parallel implementation of the bootstrap method requires a CUDA capable GPU with compute capability >= 3.0, otherwise a debugging version fully coded in R is used.
There are three methods to install r-cran-uroot on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install r-cran-uroot Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install r-cran-uroot using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install r-cran-uroot using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install r-cran-uroot using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install r-cran-uroot
How To Uninstall r-cran-uroot on Ubuntu 20.04

To remove r-cran-uroot configuration and data from Ubuntu 20.04 we can use the following command:
