How To Install r-cran-sctransform on Ubuntu 20.04

In this tutorial we learn how to install r-cran-sctransform on Ubuntu 20.04.
What is r-cran-sctransform
r-cran-sctransform is:
A normalization method for single-cell UMI count data using a variance stabilizing transformation. The transformation is based on a negative binomial regression model with regularized parameters. As part of the same regression framework, this package also provides functions for batch correction, and data correction. See Hafemeister and Satija 2019 doi:10.1101/576827 for more details.
There are three methods to install r-cran-sctransform on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install r-cran-sctransform Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install r-cran-sctransform using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
