How To Install r-cran-rstantools on Kali Linux

r-cran-rstantools is:
Provides various tools for developers of R packages interfacing with ‘Stan’ http://mc-stan.org, including functions to set up the required package structure, S3 generics and default methods to unify function naming across ‘Stan’-based R packages, and vignettes with recommendations for developers.
There are three methods to install r-cran-rstantools on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install r-cran-rstantools Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
