How To Install r-cran-rnexml on Kali Linux

What is r-cran-rnexml
r-cran-rnexml is:
Provides access to phyloinformatic data in ‘NeXML’ format. The package should add new functionality to R such as the possibility to manipulate ‘NeXML’ objects in more various and refined way and compatibility with ‘ape’ objects.
There are three methods to install r-cran-rnexml on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install r-cran-rnexml Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install r-cran-rnexml using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install r-cran-rnexmlInstall r-cran-rnexml Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install r-cran-rnexml using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install r-cran-rnexmlInstall r-cran-rnexml Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install r-cran-rnexml using aptitude by running the following command:

To uninstall only the r-cran-rnexml package we can use the following command:

To remove r-cran-rnexml configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
