It provides functions and examples for maximum likelihood estimation for generalized linear mixed models and Gibbs sampler for multivariate linear mixed models with incomplete data, as described in Schafer JL (1997) “Imputation of missing covariates under a multivariate linear mixed model”. There are three methods to install r-cran-pan on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install r-cran-pan Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install r-cran-pan using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install r-cran-pan

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

sudo apt update
