How To Install r-cran-mertools on Kali Linux

What is r-cran-mertools
r-cran-mertools is:
Provides methods for extracting results from mixed-effect model objects fit with the ’lme4’ package. Allows construction of prediction intervals efficiently from large scale linear and generalized linear mixed-effects models.
There are three methods to install r-cran-mertools on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install r-cran-mertools Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install r-cran-mertools using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install r-cran-mertools using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
