Functional enrichment analysis, gene identifier conversion and mapping homologous genes across related organisms via the ‘g:Profiler’ toolkit (https://biit.cs.ut.ee/gprofiler/).
There are three methods to install r-cran-gprofiler on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
