What is r-cran-genie
r-cran-genie is:
Includes the reference implementation of Genie - a hierarchical clustering algorithm that links two point groups in such a way that an inequity measure (namely, the Gini index) of the cluster sizes does not significantly increase above a given threshold. There are three methods to install r-cran-genie on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
