How To Install r-cran-cgdsr on Kali Linux

r-cran-cgdsr is:

Provides a basic set of R functions for querying the Cancer Genomics Data Server (CGDS), hosted by the Computational Biology Center at Memorial-Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) at <www.cbioportal.org>.

There are three methods to install r-cran-cgdsr on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
