How To Install r-bioc-zlibbioc on Kali Linux

What is r-bioc-zlibbioc
r-bioc-zlibbioc is:
zlibbioc provides the zlib library to the Bioconductor environment. This is useless on Debian because zlib is packaged. So, to avoid to patch all Bioconductor packages which required zlibbioc, zlibbioc is packaged as an empty shell depending on zlib1g-dev.
There are three methods to install r-bioc-zlibbioc on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install r-bioc-zlibbioc Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install r-bioc-zlibbioc using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install r-bioc-zlibbiocInstall r-bioc-zlibbioc Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install r-bioc-zlibbioc using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install r-bioc-zlibbiocInstall r-bioc-zlibbioc Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install r-bioc-zlibbioc using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install r-bioc-zlibbiocHow To Uninstall r-bioc-zlibbioc on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the r-bioc-zlibbioc package we can use the following command:

To uninstall r-bioc-zlibbioc and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:

To remove r-bioc-zlibbioc configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge r-bioc-zlibbiocRemove r-bioc-zlibbioc configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove r-bioc-zlibbioc configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
