How To Install r-bioc-singler on Kali Linux

What is r-bioc-singler
r-bioc-singler is:
Performs unbiased cell type recognition from single-cell RNA sequencing data, by leveraging reference transcriptomic datasets of pure cell types to infer the cell of origin of each single cell independently.
There are three methods to install r-bioc-singler on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install r-bioc-singler Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
