How To Install r-bioc-rtracklayer on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install r-bioc-rtracklayer on Kali Linux.
What is r-bioc-rtracklayer
r-bioc-rtracklayer is:
Extensible framework for interacting with multiple genome browsers (currently UCSC built-in) and manipulating annotation tracks in various formats (currently GFF, BED, bedGraph, BED15, WIG, BigWig and 2bit built-in). The user may export/import tracks to/from the supported browsers, as well as query and modify the browser state, such as the current viewport.
There are three methods to install r-bioc-rtracklayer on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install r-bioc-rtracklayer Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
