How To Install r-bioc-mergeomics on Kali Linux

The Mergeomics pipeline serves as a flexible framework for integrating multidimensional omics-disease associations, functional genomics, canonical pathways and gene-gene interaction networks to generate mechanistic hypotheses. It includes two main parts:
- Marker set enrichment analysis (MSEA);
- Weighted Key Driver Analysis (wKDA).
There are three methods to install r-bioc-mergeomics on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
