The Qt SCXML module provides functionality to create state machines from SCXML files. Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh

How To Uninstall qt5-qtscxml on AlmaLinux 8
To uninstall only the qt5-qtscxml package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove qt5-qtscxml
