How To Install qt5-assistant on Kali Linux

What is qt5-assistant
qt5-assistant is:
Qt is a cross-platform C++ application framework. Qt’s primary feature is its rich set of widgets that provide standard GUI functionality.
Qt Assistant is a tool for viewing on-line documentation in Qt help file format.
There are three methods to install qt5-assistant on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install qt5-assistant Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install qt5-assistant using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install qt5-assistantInstall qt5-assistant Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install qt5-assistant using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install qt5-assistantInstall qt5-assistant Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install qt5-assistant using aptitude by running the following command:

To uninstall only the qt5-assistant package we can use the following command:

To uninstall qt5-assistant and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove qt5-assistantRemove qt5-assistant Configurations and Data
To remove qt5-assistant configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge qt5-assistantRemove qt5-assistant configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
