How To Install qemu-skiboot on Debian 10

What is qemu-skiboot
qemu-skiboot is:
This package provides the upstream skiboot binary suitable for using with the powernv Qemu machine.
It is not recommended to flash this binary as your system firmware.
There are three methods to install qemu-skiboot
on Debian 10. We can use apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get
