After updating yum database, We can install qemu-kvm-block-iscsi using dnf by running the following command:

Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install qemu-kvm-block-iscsi using yum by running the following command:

How To Uninstall qemu-kvm-block-iscsi on AlmaLinux 8
To uninstall only the qemu-kvm-block-iscsi package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove qemu-kvm-block-iscsi
