What is python38-mod_wsgi
The mod_wsgi adapter is an Apache module that provides a WSGI compliant interface for hosting Python based web applications within Apache. The adapter is written completely in C code against the Apache C runtime and for hosting WSGI applications within Apache has a lower overhead than using existing WSGI adapters for mod_python or CGI. Only one Python 3 version of mod_wsgi can be loaded at the same time in httpd, therefore this package conflicts with the other versions available.

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install python38-mod_wsgi using dnf by running the following command:

Install python38-mod_wsgi on AlmaLinux 8 Using yum
Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install python38-mod_wsgi using yum by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install python38-mod_wsgi
How To Uninstall python38-mod_wsgi on AlmaLinux 8
To uninstall only the python38-mod_wsgi package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove python38-mod_wsgi
