What is python36-datadog

Datadogpy is a collection of tools suitable for inclusion in existing Python projects or for development of standalone scripts. It provides an abstraction on top of Datadog’s raw HTTP interface and the Agent’s StatsD metrics aggregation server, to interact with Datadog and efficiently report events and metrics.

Install python36-datadog on CentOS 7 Using yum

Update yum database with yum using the following command.

sudo yum makecache

After updating yum database, We can install python36-datadog using yum by running the following command:

If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first. Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache

sudo dnf -y install python36-datadog

How To Uninstall python36-datadog on CentOS 7

To uninstall only the python36-datadog package we can use the following command:

sudo dnf remove python36-datadog
