python3-ulmo is:
Ulmo retrieves and parses datasets from the web, and returns simple Python data structures that can be easily pulled into more sophisticated tools such as pandas. It caches datasets locally and harvests updates as needed.
A variety of datasets and services are supported, including the USGS National Water Information System, USGS National Elevation Dataset services, USGS Earth Resources Observation Systems services, NASA Daymet weather data, and several more both available and planned.
This package contains the Python 3 version of ulmo.
There are three methods to install python3-ulmo
on Debian 11. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install python3-ulmo Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get

sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install python3-ulmo

and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 11, we can use the command below:
