python3-twomemo is:
Backend implementation for python-omemo, equipping python-omemo with support for OMEMO under the namespace urn:xmpp:omemo:2 (casually/jokingly referred to as “twomemo”).
There are three methods to install python3-twomemo on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python3-twomemo Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
