What is python3-swiglpk
python3-swiglpk is:
swiglpk just provides plain SWIG bindings to the underlying C library of the GNU Linear Programming Kit. It is not a high-level wrapper for GLPK.
This package installs the library for Python 3.
There are three methods to install python3-swiglpk on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
