What is python3-spyder
python3-spyder is:
Originally written to design Spyder (the Scientific PYthon Development EnviRonment), the spyderlib Python library provides ready-to-use pure-Python widgets: source code editor with syntax highlighting and code introspection/analysis features, NumPy array editor, dictionary editor, Python console, etc. It’s based on the Qt Python binding module PyQt4 (and is compatible with PySide since v2.2).
This is the Python 3 version of the package.

on Debian 9. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install python3-spyder Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install python3-spyder
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install python3-spyder

After updating apt database, We can install python3-spyder

Install python3-spyder Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install python3-spyder
using aptitude
by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install python3-spyder
How To Uninstall python3-spyder on Debian 9
To uninstall only the python3-spyder
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove python3-spyder
Uninstall python3-spyder And Its Dependencies
To uninstall python3-spyder
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 9, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove python3-spyder
Remove python3-spyder Configurations and Data
To remove python3-spyder
configuration and data from Debian 9 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge python3-spyder
