python3-sphinxcontrib-mermaid is:
This extension allows you to embed Mermaid (https://mermaid-js.github.io/) graphs in your documents, including general flowcharts, sequence and gantt diagrams.
Note that by default the generated HTML documents will use Mermaid JS files published in a CDN service, if using the ‘raw’ output format, and that other formats require the Mermaid CLI interface (not yet packaged in Debian).

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install python3-sphinxcontrib-mermaid using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install python3-sphinxcontrib-mermaid
