How To Install python3-smart-open on Kali Linux

What is python3-smart-open
python3-smart-open is:
smart-open is a library for efficient streaming of very large files from/to storages such as HDFS, WebHDFS, HTTP, HTTPS, SFTP, or local filesystem. It supports transparent, on-the-fly (de-)compression for a variety of different formats (gzip, bz2, etc.).
This package excludes the support of S3 and GCS.
There are three methods to install python3-smart-open on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python3-smart-open Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
