How To Install python3-serpent on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install python3-serpent on Kali Linux.
What is python3-serpent
python3-serpent is:
Serpent provides ast.literal_eval() compatible object tree serialization. It serializes an object tree into bytes (utf-8 encoded string) that can be decoded and then passed as-is to ast.literal_eval() to rebuild it as the original object tree. As such it is safe to send serpent data to other machines over the network for instance (because only ‘safe’ literals are encoded).
This package contains the core Serpent module for Python 3.x .
There are three methods to install python3-serpent on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python3-serpent Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install python3-serpent using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install python3-serpentInstall python3-serpent Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the python3-serpent package we can use the following command:

To remove python3-serpent configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
