python3-pythonmagick is:
PythonMagick an interface to ImageMagick to give all the functionality of ImageMagick++ into Python 3.
ImageMagick is a software suite to create, edit, and compose bitmap images. It can read, convert and write images in a variety of formats (over 100) including DPX, EXR, GIF, JPEG, JPEG-2000, PDF, PhotoCD, PNG, Postscript, SVG, and TIFF. Use ImageMagick to translate, flip, mirror, rotate, scale, shear and transform images, adjust image colors, apply various special effects, or draw text, lines, polygons, ellipses and Bézier curves. All manipulations can be achieved through shell commands as well as through an X11 graphical interface (display).
There are three methods to install python3-pythonmagick on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

Install python3-pythonmagick Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install python3-pythonmagick using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install python3-pythonmagick
How To Uninstall python3-pythonmagick on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the python3-pythonmagick package we can use the following command:

To uninstall python3-pythonmagick and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove python3-pythonmagick

To remove python3-pythonmagick configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge python3-pythonmagick

We can use the following command to remove python3-pythonmagick configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
