python3-portend is:
Portend is a module to monitor TCP ports for bound or unbound states. It provides routines to wait for a port to become free or occuopied, check the current state of a port, or identify a suitable port available for binding locally.
There are three methods to install python3-portend on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python3-portend Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install python3-portend using apt-get by running the following command:
