How To Install python3-periphery on Ubuntu 22.04

python3-periphery is:
A pure Python library for GPIO, LED, PWM, SPI, I2C, MMIO, and Serial peripheral I/O interface access in userspace Linux. It is useful in embedded Linux environments (including Raspberry Pi, BeagleBone, etc. platforms) for interfacing with external peripherals.
This package contains the Python 3 version of the library.
There are three methods to install python3-periphery
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get
