What is python3-networking-ovn
python3-networking-ovn is:
Neutron provides an API to dynamically request and configure virtual networks. These networks connect “interfaces” from other OpenStack services (such as vNICs from Nova VMs). The Neutron API supports extensions to provide advanced network capabilities, including QoS, ACLs, and network monitoring.
OVN provides virtual networking for Open vSwitch and is a component of the Open vSwitch project.
This package provides the OpenStack driver for the Open vSwitch OVN SDN.
There are three methods to install python3-networking-ovn on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
