What is python3-netifaces
python3-netifaces is:
netifaces provides a (hopefully portable-ish) way for Python programmers to get access to a list of the network interfaces on the local machine, and to obtain the addresses of those network interfaces.
This package contains the module for Python 3.x.
There are three methods to install python3-netifaces on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python3-netifaces Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install python3-netifaces using apt-get by running the following command:
