What is python3-mshr
python3-mshr is:
mshr generates simplicial DOLFIN meshes in 2D and 3D from geometries described by Constructive Solid Geometry (CSG) or from surface files, utilizing CGAL and Tetgen as mesh generation backends.
This package contains the common Python 3 interface for mshr, and examples and demo programs.
This is the base package depending on specific mshr builds. By default mshr is built against dolfin using the preferred version of PETSc in /usr/lib/petsc (with 32-bit indexing), but the alternative version (64-bit PETSc) can be selected by setting the environment variable PETSC_DIR.
There are three methods to install python3-mshr on Debian 11. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

To uninstall only the python3-mshr package we can use the following command:

To uninstall python3-mshr and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 11, we can use the command below:

To remove python3-mshr configuration and data from Debian 11 we can use the following command:
