python3-lti is:
The primary goal of this library is to provide classes for building Python LTI tool providers (LTI apps). It is designed to be generic but can easily integrated into frameworks like Django or Flask.

There are three methods to install python3-lti on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python3-lti Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
