python3-libcloud is:
libcloud is a pure Python client library for interacting with many of the popular cloud server providers using a unified API. It was created to make it easy for developers to build products that work between any of the services that it supports.

- Load Balancers as a Service, LBaaS (libcloud.loadbalancer.*)
- DNS as a Service, DNSaaS (libcloud.dns.*)
- Container virtualization services (libcloud.container.*)
libcloud was originally created by the folks over at Cloudkick, but has since grown into an independent free software project licensed under the Apache License (2.0).

There are three methods to install python3-libcloud
on Debian 11. We can use apt-get

Install python3-libcloud Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install python3-libcloud
using aptitude
by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install python3-libcloud
How To Uninstall python3-libcloud on Debian 11
To uninstall only the python3-libcloud
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove python3-libcloud
Uninstall python3-libcloud And Its Dependencies
To uninstall python3-libcloud
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 11, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove python3-libcloud
Remove python3-libcloud Configurations and Data
To remove python3-libcloud
configuration and data from Debian 11 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge python3-libcloud
Remove python3-libcloud configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove python3-libcloud
configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge python3-libcloud
