How To Install python3-flaky on Ubuntu 18.04

What is python3-flaky
python3-flaky is:
Flaky is a plugin for nose or py.test that automatically reruns flaky tests.
Ideally, tests reliably pass or fail, but sometimes test fixtures must rely on components that aren’t 100% reliable. With flaky, instead of removing those tests or marking them to @skip, they can be automatically retried.
This package contains the Python 3 version of flaky.
There are three methods to install python3-flaky
on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install python3-flaky Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install python3-flaky
