How To Install python3-djoser on Kali Linux
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install python3-djoser on Kali Linux.
What is python3-djoser
python3-djoser is:
Djoser library provides a set of Django Rest Framework views to handle basic actions such as registration, login, logout, password reset and account activation. It works with custom user model.
Instead of reusing Django code (e.g. PasswordResetForm), it reimplementes a few things to fit better into a Single Page App architecture.
Supported authentication backends are:
- HTTP Basic Auth (Default)
- Token based authentication from Django Rest Framework
This package contains the Python 3 version of the library.
There are three methods to install python3-djoser on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python3-djoser Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install python3-djoser using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install python3-djoser using aptitude by running the following command:

To uninstall only the python3-djoser package we can use the following command:

To uninstall python3-djoser and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove python3-djoserRemove python3-djoser Configurations and Data
To remove python3-djoser configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge python3-djoserRemove python3-djoser configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
