python3-cyborgclient is:
Python-cyborgclient is a Python bindings to the OpenStack Cyborg API. There’s a Python API (the cyborgclient module), and a command-line script (cyborg). Each implements 100% of the OpenStack Cyborg API.
Cyborg provides a general management framework for accelerators such as FPGA, GPU, SoCs, NVMe SSDs, CCIX caches, DPDK/SPDK, pmem and so forth.
This package contains the Python 3.x module.
There are three methods to install python3-cyborgclient on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python3-cyborgclient Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install python3-cyborgclient using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
