How To Install python3-abydos on Ubuntu 22.04

python3-abydos is:
Abydos is a Python library containing about 40 phonetic algorithms, 35 string distance measures & metrics, 10 stemmers, and 10 string fingerprinters.
Some of the algorithms require installation of the suggested packages.
There are three methods to install python3-abydos
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get
