How To Install python-zmq on Debian 10

What is python-zmq
python-zmq is:
Python bindings for 0MQ. 0MQ is a small, fast, and free software library that gives you message-passing concurrency for applications in most common languages.
The 0MQ lightweight messaging kernel is a library which extends the standard socket interfaces with features traditionally provided by specialised messaging middleware products. 0MQ sockets provide an abstraction of asynchronous message queues, multiple messaging patterns, message filtering (subscriptions), seamless access to multiple transport protocols and more.
There are three methods to install python-zmq on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python-zmq Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install python-zmq using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install python-zmq
Install python-zmq Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install python-zmq using apt by running the following command:

Install python-zmq Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install python-zmq using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install python-zmq
How To Uninstall python-zmq on Debian 10
To uninstall only the python-zmq package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove python-zmq
Uninstall python-zmq And Its Dependencies
To uninstall python-zmq and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 10, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove python-zmq
Remove python-zmq Configurations and Data
To remove python-zmq configuration and data from Debian 10 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge python-zmq
