How To Install python-xapian-haystack on Ubuntu 18.04

python-xapian-haystack is:
Xapian-haystack is a backend of Django-Haystack for the Xapian search engine. It provides all the standard features of Haystack:
- Weighting
- Faceted search (date, query, etc.)
- Sorting
- Spelling suggestions
- EdgeNGram and Ngram (for autocomplete) The endswith search operation is not supported.
This package contains the Python 2 version of the library.
There are three methods to install python-xapian-haystack on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

To uninstall python-xapian-haystack and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove python-xapian-haystack
