How To Install python-telepathy on Ubuntu 18.04

What is python-telepathy
python-telepathy is:
telepathy-python is a Python package containing base classes for use in connection managers, and proxy classes for use in clients.
Telepathy is a D-Bus framework for unifying real time communication, including instant messaging, voice calls and video calls. It abstracts differences between protocols to provide a unified interface for applications.
There are three methods to install python-telepathy on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python-telepathy Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install python-telepathy using apt-get by running the following command:

Install python-telepathy Using aptitude

To uninstall only the python-telepathy package we can use the following command:

To uninstall python-telepathy and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove python-telepathy

To remove python-telepathy configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge python-telepathy
