How To Install python-soapysdr on Ubuntu 18.04

SoapySDR is a library providing a common interface to SDR (software defined radio) hardware. Support for different hardware is added through external modules.
This package contains the Python 2 bindings for the library.
There are three methods to install python-soapysdr on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python-soapysdr Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
