How To Install python-snappy on Debian 10

What is python-snappy
python-snappy is:
Snappy is a compression/decompression library. It does not aim for maximum compression, or compatibility with any other compression library; instead, it aims for very high speeds and reasonable compression. You can read package libsnappy1 for more information.
This package provides the Python 2.7 module.
There are three methods to install python-snappy
on Debian 10. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python-snappy Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get

sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install python-snappy
using apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install python-snappy

To uninstall only the python-snappy

To uninstall python-snappy

Remove python-snappy Configurations and Data

configuration and data from Debian 10 we can use the following command:
