What is python-scp

python-scp is:

The scp.py module uses a paramiko transport to send and recieve files via the scp1 protocol. This is the protocol as referenced from the openssh scp program, and has only been tested with this implementation.

There are three methods to install python-scp on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
