How To Install python-radicale on Ubuntu 18.04

What is python-radicale
python-radicale is:
Radicale is a CalDAV (calendar) and CardDAV (contact) server.
Calendars and address books are available for both local and remote access, possibly limited through authentication policies. They can be viewed and edited by calendar and contact clients on mobile phones or computers.
This package contains the Radicale Python 2.x module.
There are three methods to install python-radicale on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python-radicale Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install python-radicale using apt-get by running the following command:
