  • a very fast parser for mzML data, the standard in mass spectrometry data format;
  • a set of functions to compare or handle spectra.

This package contains python-pymzml for Python 2.

There are three methods to install python-pymzml on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install python-pymzml Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
