How To Install python-pycoast on Debian 9

Pycoast is a Python package to add coastlines, borders and rivers to raster images using data from the GSHHG (previously known as GSHHS) and WDBII datasets.
This package is part of the PyTroll toolset.
There are three methods to install python-pycoast on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python-pycoast Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
