How To Install python-prov on Ubuntu 18.04

What is python-prov
python-prov is:
A library for W3C Provenance Data Model supporting PROV-JSON and PROV- XML import/export.
Features:
- An implementation of the W3C PROV Data Model in Python.
- In-memory classes for PROV assertions, which can then be output as PROV-N.
- Serialization and deserializtion support: PROV-JSON and PROV-XML.
- Exporting PROV documents into various graphical formats (e.g. PDF, PNG, SVG).
This package provides the modules for Python 2.
There are three methods to install python-prov on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python-prov Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install python-prov using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install python-prov

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

After updating apt database, We can install python-prov using apt by running the following command:

Install python-prov Using aptitude
