What is python-powerline
python-powerline is:
Powerline is a statusline plugin for vim, and provides statuslines and prompts for several other applications, including zsh, bash, tmux, IPython, Awesome and Qtile.
This package contains the Powerline module for Python 2.x.
There are three methods to install python-powerline
on Debian 10. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python-powerline Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get

sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install python-powerline
using apt-get
